Slutty Brownies

My awesome cousin/twin Cody has been visiting with me so we decided to make something exxxtra decadent for you all! Think the perfect mix of chocolate chip cookies, Oreos, and brownies, this is sure to please any sweets lover!!

Here is what you need!

  • Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
  • Family size package of Oreos
  • 1 boxed brownie mix
  • 13×9 pan
  • Frosting (optional)

First thing is to preheat your oven to 350° F. While it is preheating, open the cookie dough and press it into an even layer at the bottom of your pan (greasing pan is optional, we used a throw away aluminum pan and did not grease it, and they came out with ease!).

Next, do one layer of Oreo cookies, making sure that they do not overlap. Follow the directions on the brownie box mix and pour on top of the layer of Oreos.

Lastly, place in the oven and bake until a toothpick comes out clean, approximately 30-35 min. Let cool, frost (if you are adding frosting) and Enjoy!!!!

Easy Shrimp Alfredo

One thing about me is that I love quick, easy, and flavorful meals! I mean who doesn’t! This meal is not only quick, but also delicious, and definitely a hit in our house!

Here is what you’ll need:

6 oz of medium sized, pre-cooked, shelled shrimp (I used frozen that I bought at Aldi’s)

6 cloves of garlic, minced

Cajun seasoning

Linguine noodles

15 oz jar of Prego Farmers Market Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce

Parmesan cheese

First of all you need to thaw out the shrimp. I put them in a bowl full of cold water. After they thaw drain the water, and added 1/2 of the minced garlic, and cajun seasoning to taste. Let it sit while you work on the sauce.

Next, get a deep skillet and pour your jar of sauce into it with the remaining minced garlic, and put over low heat. Keep an eye on it as you do not want it to stick to the bottom and burn, and stir occasionally. Add in 1 cup of parmesan cheese, and let it do its tasty magic. In another pot boil water for pasta, once boiling salt the water and cook your pasta. Once the pasta is al dente, drain and mix directly into the sauce. Add in the shrimp and just allow them to warm through (since they were already cooked), this took about 3 minutes!

Serve in a bowl with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top, and enjoy!!!

Quick, tasty, and sure to be a crowd pleaser!!!
